Celebrate Ground Hog Day

Dinosaur Resource Center, 201 S. Fairview St., Woodland Park, CO 80863
18 miles west of Colorado Springs. From Denver take I-25 south (from Pueblo take I-25 north) to Colorado Springs exit 141 (24 west/Cimarron Street). At exit ramp light, make a left onto West Cimarron St. (Route 24 west). Continue on Route 24 to Woodland Park (18 miles). RMDRC is on the left at the corner of Highway 24 and Fairview St. Look for the palm trees and dinosaurs out front.

Description:

The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo will be at DRC from 11am-4pm with the Zoomobile. They will be bringing a corn snake, American Kestrel, black ferret, prairie dogs, skunk, Boreal Toads and a Western Hognose. Standing Bear & Theresa with Flash & Thelma Hedgehog Rescue will also be on site with their amazing hedgehogs, survivors from the time of dinosaurs.
