Camilla “Milla” Ryann Watts, newborn daughter of Kenneth Watts and Cass McDonald Watts of Clayton, entered into Heaven and into the arms of the Lord shortly after birth at Northside Hospital in Atlanta Wednesday, June 25, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Ronnie Watts. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother, Miles Watts; one sister, Mili Watts; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Debbie McDonald; paternal grandmother and step grandfather, Nancy and Roy Welborn; maternal great-grandmother, Sigga Alexander; paternal great-grandmothers, Naomi Watts and Winnie Scroggs.

Services were held in the Beck Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Jim Carver officiating. Burial followed in Rabun Memory Park

Marvin F. Scobee, 80, of Clarkesville, died Tuesday, June 17, 2014.

Mr. Scobee, born in Louisville, Kentucky, was a son of the late Marvin F. and Rachel Scobee. He was a 1956 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a veteran of the United States Army.

Mr. Scobee received much joy over the years preparing students, from all walks of life including correctional institutions, for the GED exam. During his career as a teacher, he helped more than 500 students pass the GED exam.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Joleen Scobee of Clarkesville; daughters, Laura Reeves (Keith) of Roswell and Susan Fucito (Michael) of Alpharetta; son, Mark Scobee (Shannon) of Roswell; sister, Ethel McQuady (Louis) of Louisville, Kentucky, seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Saturday, June 21 at 4 p.m. at the Roswell Funeral Home chapel. Interment will be held at a later date at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.

Family askes, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in memory of Marvin Scobee to North GeorgiaTechnical College Foundation, P.O. Box 65 Clarkesville, GA 30523. Donations will be used to establish a scholarship for future GED students.

Roswell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
