Garvin is survived by: his wife, Carol Ann Brady; a daughter and son-in-law, Carla Brady and Christopher Cook; stepsons and daughter-in-law, Mark A. Jordan and M. Clifford and Norma D. Jordan; a stepgrandson, Bradford F. Jordan; and a stepgranddaughter, Ashley R. Jordan.
A graveside service was held Wednesday at Barrow Memorial Gardens with the Rev. David Crisp officiating.
