Kenneth Jesse Justus, 69, of Clayton, died Saturday evening, Oct. 1, 2011, in Alto.

He was born Oct. 17, 1941, in Rabun County to the late William Noel Justus and Louella Gordon Justus. He was a commercial printer, including Georgia Bulldog posters. He was a member of Mountain Grove Baptist Church in the Germany community.

He is survived by: two sons; Rex Justus of Franklin, Tenn., and Noel Justus of Florida; a daughter, Laura Justus Puryear of Gallatin, Tenn.; a brother, Allen Justus of Clayton; a sister, Sue Nell Lightsey of Lawrenceville; a special aunt, Thelma “Tee” Justus of Clayton; four grandchildren; Austin Justus, John Christian Puryear, James Puryear and Anna Lee Puryear; a special nephew, Ricky Justus of Alto; and a special niece, Christy Williams of Alto.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at Mountain Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Cannon officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
