Linda Gail Holland Ritchie, 65, of Clayton, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 9, 2014.

She was born in Franklin, North Carolina, to the late Jack Lee Holland and Hilda Smith Holland.

She is survived by: a son, SSgt. Anthony Kenneth Ritchie and wife Toni; a daughter, Sabrina Ritchie Hendrix and husband SSgt. Bobby Hendrix of Loganville; a brother, Gerald Holland of Bryson City, North Carolina; a sister, Nancy Holland Hurst of Clarkesville; and two grandchildren, Nicole Ritchie and Annah Ritchie.

Mrs. Ritchie was a loving mother and grandmother.

Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Beck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Gettis Allen and Brenda Hanvey officiating. Burial followed at Sugarfork Baptist Church Cemetery in Franklin.
