Lola Marie Crunkleton Sneed, 95, of Tiger, died Saturday afternoon, March 30, 2013, at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was the widow of Johnny Butler Sneed.

She was born March 18, 1918, in Clayton to the late D.T. and Maude York Crunkleton. Mrs. Sneed, along with her late husband Johnny, owned and operated the Kountry Kitchen Restaurant in Habersham County and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

She is survived by: a son, Michael B. Sneed of Tiger; a daughter, Cindy M. Sailers and husband Billy, also of Tiger; a brother, Bob Crunkleton of Clayton; three sisters, Laura Debord, Lois Scroggs of Asheville, N.C., and Lucy Hudson of Loganville; five grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at Liberty Baptist Church with the Rev. Alton Dendy officiating. Burial followed in the Crunkleton Family Cemetery.
