Loretta Pelletier Lariviere, 100, of Clayton, died Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was the widow of Leo Lariviere.

She was born May 23, 1912, in Taunton, Mass., to the late Felix Pelletier and Anna Beauvais Pelletier. She was co-owner of Winfield Hats in Holyoke, Mass., and a member of St Helena Catholic Church.

She is survived by: a son, Robert Lariviere of Walpole, Mass., a daughter, Lorraine Laramee of Clayton; a sister, Theresa of South Hadley, Mass.; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.

The body has been cremated, and a memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Helena Catholic Church with the Rev. Alvaro Avendano officiating. The family is at the home on Ginger Greek Lane.
