She was preceded in death by: her mother and father, Milton H. and Virginia I. Neel; and a brother, Kinith E. Neel.
She is survived by: her husband of 59 years, Tasker Junior Baxter of Tiger; a son, James Stephen Baxter of Florida; a daughter, Patricia Joan Baxter of Tiger; two sisters, June Cooper and husband Coupe of Florida and Sue and husband Joe of New Jersey; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Mary Neel; and countless nieces and nephews.
