Sarah Louise Gravley, 83, of Clayton, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, at Habersham Medical Center.

Louise was the widow of Roy Craig Gravley and was the daughter of the late John and Maude Wilbanks Houck. She spent her life in Rabun County and Claymont, Del. She was a homemaker and a member of Battle Branch Baptist Church.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Houck.

Survivors include: two daughters and their husbands, Lynn and Tim Speed and Lisa and Norman Dryman, all of Clayton; four brothers, James Houck, Harold Houck, Hubert Houck and Roy Houck, all of Clayton; two sisters, Ruth Shirley, of Hartwell and Edna Warren of Atlanta; a granddaughter, Sophie Speed; two step grandchildren, Nicole Talley and Shannon Deshane; and four step great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at Battle Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Madision McCrackin officiating. Burial followed at Hale Ridge Cemetery.
