She was born in Richmond, Calif., to the late Kenneth Ledford and Margaret Christine Neely Creswell.
Vivian is survived by: two daughters, Suzanne Watts Miller and husband Edwin of Tiger and Glenna Watts Gragg and husband Kevin of Tiger; two sisters, Debbie Foster of Mansfield and Janie Brown and husband Howard of Canon; and five grandchildren, Sierra Miller, Hannah Miller, Dock Gragg, Katlyn Gragg and Waylon Gragg.
She graduated from Highlands High School in 1966 and was a former employee of Clayburne Manufacturing and Don’L in Clayton. She was of the Baptist faith.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
