WHEREAS, there has been a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed to Secure Debt dated June 27, 2006, executed by Gary L. Rackley of Sparta, Georgia, in the original principal amount of One Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Six and 50/100’s ($185,656.50) Dollars, recorded in Deed Book H-30, pages 434 - 447, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia; and WHEREAS, under the provisions of the said Deed to Secure Debt said indebtedness secured thereby has immediately become due and payable and remains in default. By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in a security deed from STEVE N.
