She was born in Rabun County to the late Silas and Matilda Taylor Jiles. Ruby worked for Sangamo Weston and later Gap Manufacturing as an assembler. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed church and loved all of her church family. She also enjoyed family, shopping, cooking and the fellowship that went with these activities. She was a member of Persimmon Church of God.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Fred Bradley.
She is survived by: four children, Doyle Glenn Bradley, Fredda Bradley Beck and husband Sam, Fred Steven Bradley and Dylan Garrett Bradley; two sisters, Linda and husband Glenville Nichols of Clayton and Nancy and husband Doyle Parker of Tiger; special friends, Steve and Ann Bradshaw; six grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at Persimmon Church of God with Donna Pendrey and the Rev. Teddy King officiating. Burial followed at Taylor’s Chapel Cemetery.
