Sally was born in Erie, Pennsylvania, to George and Irene Thompson. Sally leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years, James E. Trapp. Sally and Jim owned and operated Country Antiques in Clayton, for over 22 years. Sally was also a “Top Producing” Realtor through the 1970s in both Florida and Georgia.
Sally was predeceased by her eldest son, David Alan Trapp, in 2004. Sally leaves loving memories to cherish for her daughter Denise Trapp Clerkin (Tom) of Ivoryton, Connecticut; son Bill Trapp (Peggy) of Tiger, and owners of Hiawassee Feed & Farm; and beloved grandchildren Luke Crawford (Michelle), Daniel Crawford, Crystal Trapp, Molly Trapp, Will Trapp, Laurie Trapp Talley, James Trapp and four great-grandchildren. Her memories will be cherished by family and friends. The family will welcome family and friends in a “Celebration of Life” July 26, 2014, 2 p.m. at 157 Seabrook Lane, Clayton.
