RABUN GAP— The $8.1 million sale of the 1-million-square-foot Rabun Business Park building to ELK Group International has once again been postponed, this time to the end of the year, almost six months after the initial closing date of July 31.

ELK Group International manufactures lighting fixtures, decorative accessories and furniture and has been leasing the building. They are currently the Park’s largest tenant.
