Asphalt removal, Replacement, and re-striping of GA115 Duckett Site.
The Clayton Housing Authority is accepting sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the following work;
1.The removal of approximately 12,532 sq. ft. of existing asphalt parking lot.
2.Perform proper sub-grade repair and preparation.
3.The replacement of the same with new asphalt.
4.The re-striping of new parking lot.
A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 4:00 p.m. April 25, 2024 at the Clayton Housing Authority, located at 393 Shadyside Dr. Apt. #31 Clayton Ga. 30525. The purpose of the meeting will be to address any questions or concerns regarding the bid and to make a site visit. All bidders are urged to attend! All dimensions are the responsibility of the prospective bidder.
The sealed proposals will be received by letter, email, or in person by 4:00 p.m. on May 1, 2024.
The Clayton Housing Authority reserves the right to select and award the bid which best suits its needs. The Clayton Housing Authority also reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities or irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days.

Sealed bids will be received by the Rabun County Water & Sewer Authority, (OWNER), for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of Wolffork Valley Water Distribution System Expansion in Rabun County, Georgia.
Bids will be received at 137 Hiawassee Street, Clayton, GA 30525 until 9:00 a.m. on May 14, 2024. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER.
This Project shall consist of two (2) sections, Section A and Section B.
Section A consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:
Construction of approximately 16,160 L.F. of 8-inch DIP, 230 L.F. of Jack and Bore, 434 L.F. of Horizontal Directional Drilling, thirty four (34) each fire hydrant assemblies, nineteen (19) each 8-inch gate valves, and related appurtenances.
Section B consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:
Construction of approximately 652 L.F. of Smooth Lined HDPE Storm Piping, Milling of approximately 15,381 S.Y. of existing asphalt, Backfilling GAB in the 15,381 L.F. waterline trench located in the roadway, installing 15,381 S.Y. of 19mm SuperPave asphalt and roadway striping, 443 L.F. of gravel roadway restoration, and related appurtenances.
