This hearing is held under the authority granted by Article XII of said Ordinance.
The purpose of said hearing is to receive comments on the proposal of Delphine Lee and Kevin Lee to rezone 1.20 acres of land located at 65 Trapper Lane, Land Lot 119, Land District 3, Parcel 058B 236A from Agricultural (A) to Vacation Cottage (VC).
The plat is available to view in the Rabun County Planning and Zoning Office.

The purpose of said hearing is to receive comments concerning a variance at 2616 Meeting House Mountain Road regarding the front setback on the East side of the property. The property is zoned Vacation Cottage (VC) and is 0.55 acres and is located at Tax Parcel LB05 084L, Land Lot 92, District 5. Plat is available to view in the Rabun County Planning and Zoning Office.
