Paisley Matlock, Sidne’ Sullivan,  James Brim, director of the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia Mountain Branch, Laura Hunter and Peter McIntosh handed out “Hearts and Hugs” Valentine’s Day goody bags at the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia on Friday. Brim said the Food Bank hosted the event “to see the kids smile on Valentine’s Day.”

“Since we can’t be together inside and we miss all the kids in our community, we’re doing what we can safely outside,” said Laura Hunter.

“The Food Bank will always be there to make a difference,” Brim said.
