Celladonna Jessi Scroggs was born on June 27, 2015 and passed away on Oct. 6, 2020.
She was born in Clarkesville, Ga. and lived in Clayton, Ga. with mother Tonya Tarkenton Scroggs, father Wade Ross Scroggs and brother Caleb Scroggs for her 5 years of life, filled with the most love from her family.
She was surrounded by her parents, brother and adopted grandparents Maryjane Webb Phillips and Tony Phillips at the time she gained her wings. She battled Aicardi syndrome and severe lung disease, as she was the toughest princess warrior we ever imagined could exist.
She is survived by her mother, Tonya Tarkenton Scroggs of Clayton, Ga.; her father, Wade Ross Scroggs of Clayton, Ga.; adopted grandparents Maryjane Webb Phillips of Clayton and Tony Phillips of Clayton; maternal uncle Jason Tarkenton of Cumming, Ga., paternal aunt Nancy Welborn of Clayton, Ga. and Uncle Roy Welborn of Clayton, Ga; paternal aunts Rebecca McCracken and Jackie Stephenson of Atlanta, Ga.
