Rabun residents honored by sheriffs' association

The Rabun County Public Library reopened on Tuesday and patrons are required to wear masks while browsing and follow other health guidelines like sanitizing hands and following the direction arrows to maintain a six-foot distance. Jennifer Buchanan, circulation supervisor, uses hand sanitizer to demonstrate measures patrons are asked to take upon entering the library.
