Sky Valley may be heading toward a major transition from septic tanks to a sewer system if the city’s application for another grant receives federal approval.

A suspect has been arrested for kidnapping by the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office after man hid inside a vehicle awaiting his victim. Austin Allen Fleming, 31, of Murphy, N.C.
