County passes budget with no tax increase

CLAYTON— The Rabun County Board of Commissioners adopted the county’s Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget at their regular meeting on Tuesday with only a couple members of the public present.
Commissioner Scott Crane was not present at the meeting.
