Kelly Marie Cook Ramey
It is with great sadness that the family of Kelly Marie Cook Ramey announces her sudden passing.
Kelly was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, on June 25, 1974, and passed away on Oct. 10, 2017. Her father is Steven Cook of St. Petersburg, Florida, and her mother is Janet Smith of Tiger.
