26th annual festival in Dillard has record year

The band New Apostles of Bluegrass performs to a crowd last Saturday. The city of Dillard was filled with bluegrass music and beautiful weather as the 26th Dillard Bluegrass Festival returned to City Hall Fairgrounds with an eventful, toe-tapping lineup.
