It was a full house at Tuesday’s Board of Commissioners meeting as community members came out to give public comment and witness commissioners vote on the first reading to amend the zoning ordinance for short-term rentals. Commissioners unanimously approved the first reading.

With a room full of attendees at the Rabun County Board of Commissioners meeting Tuesday, commissioners once again approved a “first reading” to amend the zoning ordinance for Short-Term Rentals.
