Rabun County artists Libby Mathews and Peter McIntosh, presented their artwork to Gov. Brian Kemp and Georgia’s First Lady Marty Kemp at the State Capitol last month. The exhibit is a collaboration between the Office of the Governor and the Georgia Council for the Arts. Mathews presented a pair of paintings featuring Georgia’s coastal marshes and McIntosh presented a photograph of Wolffork Baptist Church. Georgia artists from all over the state were included in this exhibit, which will be on display for one year.
