Providing Directions to Halloween

School Resource Deputy Eric McKinney puts everyone at Rabun County Schools in the Halloween spirit during their morning commute as he directs traffic in a dinosaur costume at the Boggs Mountain intersection on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Motorists honked and waved in excitement with approval as they traveled by to drop children off at school.
