Danna Henry Moss, 57, of Clayton, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Born in Rabun County on Feb. 8, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Fred Henry and Sandra Shirley. Dana spent her life in Rabun County and worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Larry Gillespie. She was also a member of Battle Branch Baptist Church.

Danna was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Sandra Shirley, a son, William Barclay Young and a sister, Anesa Henry.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Moss of Clayton, GA, three daughters, Skye Talley and Mark Stone of Dillard, GA, Shayna Henry and Juan Flores of Clayton, GA and Kenzie Hunnicutt of Greenville, SC, and eight grandchildren, Kason Talley, Jax Stone, Emeri Talley, Morgan Flores, Anesa Flores, Elena Flores, Molly Hunnicutt and Gracie Curbow.

The body has been cremated. The family received friends at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 2:00pm with Rev. Harvey Conner and Theresa Talley officiating.

The family is at the home on Fred Henry Lane in Clayton.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in her memory to First American Bank in a special account for Danna Henry Moss.
