Edward Allen Albright, Jr. Some may have known our father as Ed or Eddie. Our loved one departed this life on Oct. 9, 2022, after a short stay while in the hospital. Our family has chosen to honor our father at a private location at a later time. Ed graduated from The University of Georgia where he met the love of his life, Emily Bynum. After graduating they moved to Atlanta where he had a successful career with Cousins Property. Ed was widowed by the passing of his wife, Emily Bynum Albright and preceded in death by his son, Edward Allen Albright, III.
He is survived by his son, Steven Wade Albright of Clarkesville, Ga.; his daughter, Leigh Albright McGuire, of the home; grandson, Matthew McGuire, of the home; and granddaughters, Katherine Anne Lexington (David Dees) of Franklin, Tenn.; and Christine Albright Pearson of Woodbury, Minn.; as well as great-grandchildren, Adley (6), Wyatt (4), Walker (3) and Ava (2) and nieces and nephews in the Clayton area.
