Richard Ernest Hunt, 61, of Clayton, Ga. passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born March 23, 1960 in St. Lucy, FL, he was the son of Kathryn Hunt and the late Emmanuel Hunt. He worked as a plumber for C & H Builders.
He was preceded in death by his father, Emmanuel Hunt and a brother, Stephen Hunt. He is survived by his mother, Kathryn Hunt, his wife, Sandra Hunt of the home, two sons, Dustin Padgett of Beach Mtn., N.C. and Brandon and Lisa Padgett of Clayton, Ga., by a daughter, Jordyn Padgett of Clayton, Ga. and by four sisters, Mary Atkins (Gary) of Vero Beach, Fla., Kathy Kremkau (Mike) of Fort Pierce, Fla. Patricia Mitchell of Vero Beach, Fla. and Pam Tillman (Fred) of Fort Pierce, Fla. Five grandchildren also survive.
The body has been cremated and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
