‘Mini’ chapel latest addition; mule barn build in the works

Volunteer Tommy Thompson; Kami Ahrens, curator and director of education for Foxfire; and Barry Stiles, museum director, work to build the Ingram Mule Barn as the newest addition to the Children’s Village at the Foxfire Museum and Heritage Center. The scaled-down village for kids, modeled after existing buildings, is being built by hand using traditional tools like those used over 100 years ago.
