Rachel Lynn Ledbetter, 47, of Clayton, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born in Rabun County on Feb. 13, 1974 she was the daughter of Barbara Blalock of Clayton. She spent her life in Rabun County and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by one uncle, Thomas Ledbetter and by one aunt, Tiney Watts.
She is survived by her mother. Barbara Blalock of Clayton; two aunts, Ruth Ganey of Leland, N.C., and Michaelena and Raymond Quilliams of Clayton; and a nephew, Ben Quilliams of Clayton.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home and was taken to Roane Cemetery on Tuesday, Nov.9, 2021 for a graveside visitation and service. Visitation was from 1-2 p.m. with a funeral service at 2 p.m. with Rev. Joe McCrackin and Pastor Madison McCrackin officiating, followed by a burial.
The family is at the home on J.B. and Fred Lane in Clayton.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
