Commissioners Rock now on display at Rabun County Historical Society
Megan Broome/The Clayton Tribune. Commissioners Rock, which depicts a surveying monument marking the boundary between Georgia and North Carolina dating back to 1819, is now on display at the Rabun County Historical Society.
A surveying monument dating back to 1819 known as “Commissioners Rock” is now on display at the Rabun County Historical Society after it was documented and replaced in August 2022.
