Sid Weber Memorial Cancer Fund
In February, donors can “double the love” for Rabun County cancer patients.
An anonymous donor reached out to Sid Weber and has offered to match any donations received during the month of February, for a potential total match of $4,000.
SWMCF president Ken Walton said, “What a wonderful Valentine to the cancer patients of Rabun County! Thank you so much to the donor who is making this possible.”
The Sid Weber Memorial Cancer Fund provides up to $2,500 to cancer patients to help cover their non-medical expenses, such as rent, groceries, travel and utilities. Since 2007, the Fund has provided Rabun County’s cancer patients over $750,000. The Fund currently has 54 active clients.
