Lake Burton Civic Association (LBCA) President Elizabeth Gill presents a $10,000 check to Matt and Barry Wood of Station 10 - The Lakes Volunteer Fire Department. LBCA is very thankful for the volunteers who staff the Fire Stations around the Georgia Power Lakes in Rabun County. The Wildcat, Tallulah-Persimmon and Lakes fire stations protect lives and property around the lakes and man the fire boats on Lake Burton and Lake Rabun. Rabun County is blessed to have volunteer firefighters willing to serve and protect our community.
