Toccoa Natural Gas is sponsoring a Natural Gas Emergency Response Training for emergency and public officials in Rabun County, including the cities of Clayton, Mountain City, Dillard, Tallulah Falls, and Tiger on Thursday, May 5, 2022 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Please mark your calendars to attend this one and a half hour training required annually by the Federal Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA).
The purpose of the training is to promote awareness and increase knowledge as to pipeline locations, risks and liabilities. The training will begin at 11 a.m. and be held in the Community Room at the City of Clayton City Hall building, 837 Highway 76 West, Clayton. Lunch will be provided.
This training is offered free of charge to those Emergency Public officials located in the service area of Toccoa Natural Gas- specifically Rabun County, Ga.

Toccoa Natural Gas is a regional natural gas utility serving more than 7,000 residential and commercial customers from more than 90 miles of high pressure transmission pipeline that traverses through seven counties in Georgia and North Carolina.
Cities served include Bowersville, Lavonia, Martin, Avalon, Toccoa, Tallulah Falls, Clayton, Tiger, Mountain City and Dillard in Georgia and Otto and Franklin in North Carolina.
