MOUNTAIN CITY– An Otto, N.C. man is charged with DUI-less safe and reckless driving following a single-vehicle crash on Georgia 15 at George Eller Curve in Mountain City March 5.
Joshua Allen Caruthers, 33, was driving south on Georgia 15 around 7 p.m., when he failed to negotiate a curve, continued straight, ran off the roadway at a high rate of speed, overturned and struck a utility pole, according to the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office Motor Vehicle Crash Report.
No injuries were reported, according to personnel on scene.
