It was standing room only at the City of Clayton courtroom Monday morning as citizens turned out to the public hearing of the City of Clayton Planning and Zoning Board on a rezoning for property located across from Clayton City Hall, 37 Bynum St./0 Holden st. The hearing was to rezone the property from Residential Zone (R2) and Highway Business (HB) to Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.).
