The North Georgia Community Foundation (NGCF) is now accepting applications for its 2025 Community Grant Cycle. It opened Tuesday, July 15 and runs through Sunday, Aug. 17, at 5 p.m.
This annual cycle provides strategic funding to nonprofit organizations serving communities throughout North Georgia.
In 2024, NGCF achieved a record-breaking year, awarding a total of $1,434,913 through all grant and scholarship programs.
The Community Grant Cycle alone distributed over half a million dollars — the highest amount ever granted through the Foundation’s cornerstone program.
Building on this momentum, NGCF looks forward to another impactful year with excitement and determination to deepen its community impact.
As NGCF celebrates its 40th anniversary — a milestone reflecting four decades of philanthropy, partnership, and community support—this year’s grant programs carry even greater meaning.
“The heart of our work has always been the community — and now, more than ever, we are committed to continuing to invest in the nonprofit organizations that are changing lives every day,” said Michelle Prater, NGCF president & CEO.
