Woodmen Life Chapter 885 donated a new American Flag to Duncan Cooper and his staff at Valley Cafe.
For many years Duncan has brought food to families during their times of need or grief. This was done not for publicity but “because that’s what neighbors are supposed to do.”
The new flag will hang at Valley Cafe in Dillard.
Woodmen appreciates all the community support that Duncan has given over the years.
