Carl Edward Neely, 78, of Warwoman Road Clayton, died Dec. 2, 2019 in Habersham County Medical Center. Funeral services will be Dec. 5, 2019 at the Macedonia Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Zane Talley and Rev. Marty Kilby officiating. Burial will follow at Clear Creek Cemetery. Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
