Dana Lauren Taylor, 55, of Tiger, Ga. passed away on December 29, 2020 at Mountain Lakes Medical Center in Clayton, Ga.
Born May 10, 1965 in Rabun County, she was the daughter of Samuel Taylor and Sarah Brenda Cathy. She spent her life in Rabun County where she worked for 30 years for Rabun County EMS as an office manager. She was also of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her fiancé, John Turpin of Tiger, Ga.; a son, Tanner Veal; her parents, Samuel Taylor of Tiger, Ga., and Sarah Brenda Cathy of Tiger, Ga.; a brother, Jody Taylor Of Tiger, Ga.; a sister, Danielle Nelson of Olive Branch, Mississippi; two nieces, Ashton Taylor Abbey Taylor; and one nephew, Hunter Taylor.
Her body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to Sid Weber Cancer Fund at PO Box 425 Dillard, GA 30562.
The family is at the home on Bethel Road.
