Eileen “Missy” (Martin) Leathers died on April 4, 2021 as a result of injuries sustained in a fall at her home. Aged 89, she was married to Forest P. Leathers (deceased). She is survived by a brother-James Martin of Westwood, Ma., and two sisters-Kathleen Lipsett of Hingham, Ma., and Mary Mills of Brockton, Ma.

Her four deceased brothers include Francis, John, Joseph J., Sr., and William J. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews, she was born In Framingham, Ma., in 1931 to Parents Joseph J. and Ethel B. Martin.

Missy graduated in 1949 from high school in Boston, Ma. She was an avid and accomplished championship skater who participated in many local and regional events winning numerous medals of achievement. She was socially active as President and Founder of the Sky Valley Women’s Club, active member of the Sky Valley Garden Club, Scaley Mountain’s Club, Chapel of Sky Valley, Bascomb Museum of Art, and enjoyed supporting local charities with many area friends. She also enjoyed winters in Florida.

Her family asks for your prayers for her in the knowledge that we as Christians have sure belief in the Resurrection of the Soul and Life Hereafter.
