Joyce Pamela Webb Wilburn, 83, passed away Dec. 29, 2019 at Eckerd Living Center in Highlands, N.C. A funeral service was held Dec. 31, 2019 at Hunter Funeral Home in Clayton. Burial was in Taylor’s Chapel Cemetery. Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
