Mildred Webb Carpenter, 70, of the Betty's Creek Community in Rabun Gap, Ga. passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Funeral services were held at the Eastside Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home on Saturday, March 13, with Rev. Tim McCall and Rev. Lester Ball officiating. Burial followed at Clear Creek Cemetery in Highlands, NC.
