Ricky Forest Justice, age 64, of Waynesville, Ga., passed away on Sept. 25, 2020 in Savannah, Ga. after a brief illness. 

Ricky was born July 4, 1956 in Clayton, Ga. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Nora Justice of Rabun Gap, a brother Dale Justice and spouse Liz Justice. 

He is survived by his wife, Ellen Justice of Waynesville; sons, Steven Justice (Sandy) of Clayton, Ga. And David Justice (Kim) of Otto, N.C. three sisters, Jan Elzy (James) and Sue Shetters of Rabun Gap, Lynn Graves (Paul) of Clayton and one brother Hugh Justice of Rabun Gap; six grandchildren, Nathan (Stoney), Conner, Courtney, Karly, David, Isaac;  two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Ricky loved God and was a member of the Little Memorial Baptist Church. He loved gospel music, watching westerns, and working on antique cars, had an infectious laugh, and was passionate about restoring antique cars. He loved his family and friends and went above and beyond to help others. Rick loved his dogs, Bam Bam, Charlotte, and Shelby.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family asked that you follow the rules for social distancing. Also, if anyone who does not feel comfortable with attending the services, the family understands and ask you to be in prayer for our loved ones.

Visitation will be held 30 minutes prior to the service on Saturday (Oct. 3, 2020) starting at 1 p.m. at Mt. Olive cemetery.

A graveside will be held Saturday (Oct. 3, 2020) at 1:30 p.m. at Mt. Olive cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Southeast Ga. Cancer Society, 401 Pendleton St. Waycross, Ga. 31501
