Megan Horn/The Clayton Tribune. Community members were present on May 19 as the Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority (RCWSA) unveiled a new 750,000 gallon ground-level water storage tank dedicated to the late Greg Peters, former vice-chairman of the RCWSA.
