Megan Horn/The Clayton Tribune. The new Freedom Ministries Lighthouse, Inc. Women of Worth (WOW) Recovery is located at 5987 Highway 441, Lakemont. It is Rabun County’s first residential, substance-abuse campus strictly for women. The goal is for it to open the campus by January 2026.
