Celebrating a ‘Night to Shine’

    Residents of Rabun County were among the 167 to attend the Feb. 13 “Night to Shine” in Franklin, N.C. More than 178 volunteers served as escorts as the “Kings and Queens of the Kingdom” received rides in police cars, had photo booths, face painting, a dance party and all were crowned at the end of the night.
