Submitted. Ray Mayer leads an informative discussion about the judicial system in Rabun County during the July 14 General Meeting of the Rabun County Democrats. Mayer is on the Democrats’ Executive Board and is the assistant district Attorney of the Mountain Judicial Circuit in Banks County. Mayer previously served in the same role in Rabun County.
Submitted. Mike Mazarky was the featured speaker for the Aug. 11 meeting of the Rabun County Democrats. He spoke about best practices in preparing for any type of emergency.
