Swim marks targeted

The Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School swimmers have had a strong year with seven students making 23 total state times, coach Greta Landis reports. Johannes Solibieda (above), from Germany, has made the state time in all eight individual events: 100 backstroke, 100 breast, 100 butterfly, 200 individual medley, and the 50,100,200 and 500 freestyles. The Eagles' conference meet was scheduled for Wednesday. Two boys relay teams, she said, were hoping to break school records.
